A lip smacking pudding made with cream coated marie biscuits, laced with Rooh Afza.
Serves 4 Ingredients 16 Marie biscuits, ¼ cup Rooh Afza, 4 tbsp icing sugar, 4 tbsp white butter Topping A few roasted almonds, a few glace cherries
Method Put Rooh Afza in a small bowl. Spread a tsp of Rooh Afza on a biscuit. Do the same on the second biscuit and place on the first biscuit. Stack 8 biscuits like this. Beat icing sugar and white butter till smooth. Add the remaining (about 1 tbsp) Rooh Afza. Cover the biscuits with butter-sugar mixture using a spoon. Wrap in foil paper and freeze for 3-4 hours. Remove foil and cut into pieces to serve.
