Hi Geetha

I tried milk appam exactly as indiated in your receipe. But the appams are in sort of shapeless and they drank too juch of oil while frying. Is there any proper way of trying appams once again. I very much need to try the correct recipe and your help would be very much apprceiated.

Here is an easy recipe Priya

You need:

Soak rice for at least 8 hours.
Grind rice finely with coconut milk sugar and salt adding a little cooked rice. A blender should do very nicely.
Add dried yeast to this mixture.
Ferment another six to eight hours.
Whip the batter before cooking.
