Rawa Kesari

Take 3 tsp ghee in a fry pan and roast 10 cashews and 10 raisins.When the aroma appears, add 3 cups water, 1 up sugar and a pinch of saffron and bring it to boil. When it boils, add 1 cup rawa and stir well  .Add cardomom powder. Add fruit essence(if preferred). Cook until it becomes paste

  1. after u fry the cashewin ghee fry rawa, in ghee and add water and see its cooked well then add sugar, one rawa and two sugar. then add ghee , its more tastier, and rawa is well cooked than in sugar syrup. try and see. and enjoy
