INGREDINTS REQUIRED

BOILED RICE……….1 TUMBLER
RAW RICE………….1 TUMBLER
COCONUT…………..ONE AND HALF
JAGGERY…………..200gms
SALT
PLANTAIN LEAVES……10 OF 20×20 cm

Soak the boiled and raw rice for 4 hrs and grind them together with half coconut flower and a pinch of salt to a thick paste. Take a small
quantity and place it on the leaf.Spread it all over the leaf by pressing with fingers to have a thin layer. Spread jaggery mixed with coconut flower to cover half the portion only Fold the leaf and place it on a hot pan. Turn it over untill both sides of the leaf becomes black. Peel the leaf out and serve.
