Tomato Omlet

Tomatoes- 6, onions- 2, green chillies- 4, rice flour- 1 kg, cumin seeds – 1 spoon, salt to taste
Rinse the Rice flour in water for about 2-3 hours.Cut Tomatoes, greenchillies into very fine pieces. Mix Riceflour,cumun seeds,finely cut pieces of tomatoes&chillies,salt with some water in a bowl until they get finely mixed up and appear like a dosa flour. Heat the pan and spread a drop of oil on it.When the pan is fully heated, take some flour and spread it on the pan into a round shape.Turn it over so that both sides are cooked well and move it to a plate. Note: You can add vegetable slices to the tomato slices and make any vegetable omlet.Recipe from Ramani Row

  1. its shown as tomoto omlet but dosnt contain eggs. so i am looking for eggs but in my view it is tomatoe dosa so dont make confused. also what do you mean by “RINSE RICE FLOUR INTO WATER’, hope a nice answer and hope you dont min d to change the recipie name as ‘TOMATO DOSA’.Thank You.
