You can even try this method of Tomato-Onion Chutney. 1/4 kg onion,2 small tomatoes.3 red chilli,salt to taste,1or2 clove on garlic(optional.Heat oil, add onion and make it half baked add Garlic,tomtoes& chilli and required salt and cook for tow mins. Leave it to cool and then grind it. Will be a excellent combi for dosas and i prefer to mix even with rice.
Add 2 spoons of fresh coconut to the above ingridients while grinding
very good and easy recipe. it came out well for me.
