Garlic powder

garlic (big) -2, red chillies-4, urud dal – 4 tsp, gram dal – 4 tsp, oil – 2 tsp, salt – 1/4 tsp (or to taste)
Roast red chillies, urud dal and gram dal in 2 tsp oil.Cool to room temperature and grind to a coarse powder. Separate garlic into cloves and peel.In the same oil, fry the garlic cloves until well cooked. Add it to the ground powder and grind once again until it mixes well.
This can be taken with rice and ghee.
