gram dal savory

gramdal – 2cups asafoetida – 1/4 tsp , salt 1/4 -tsp , ghee – 1/2 tsp , red chilli powder – a pinch , curry leaves – a twig,oil – 4 tsp
Soak gram dal overnight(12 hrs) Drain the water . Spread it on a large blotting paper and allow it to dry . Heat f oil . Add the dal and fry well. Add salt , chilli powder , ghee and mix well. Fry curry leaves in oil and add it to the mix.
