Instant kasu mango


Mango Vathal – 1 cup, red chilli powder – 1/34 cup, mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp, fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp, asafoetida – 1/4 tsp.
Pour 1/2 cup boiling water on the mango vathal and soak for 1/2 hour. Heat 2 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds. When it pops, add the fenugreek powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder and the remaining oil.Add the mango pieces and stir.
