Beetroot curry


Cut beetroot into cubical pieces. Heat 2-3 tsp of oil add mustard seeds. When it pops, add 1 tsp urud dal, 2 red whole peppers, and then the cut beetroot pieces, 1/2 tsp salt and stir. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of water and heat until the beet is cooked well.Add 1/2 cup grated coconut and mix before removing from stove.

  1. just boil the beetroot with some water in the cooker.u can add the juice to rasam to make it colourful and beetroot juice is good for love the colour.
