Gooseberry rice

Finely chop gooseberries and blend in a mixie.To 1 tsp of oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, when it pops, add 1 tsp urud dal, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, a pinch of turmeric powder. Add the ground gooseberries and stir until the raw nature is gone. Spread some cooked rice in a large bowl and allow it to cool for about 10 min. Add the cooked paste and mix well.
