Green Beans curry


Fresh green beans – 1 kg, 1 small tomato, 1/4 cup grated coconut, moong dal – 5 tsp.
Trim both ends of the beans and cut them into small pieces. Steam them in a pressure cooker in auntil half-boiled. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds,. When it splutters, add the tomato (cut into small pieces) and fry well.Add the steamed beans-dal, 3/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp red chillie powder.Stir until fully cooked.
