Spinach Curd Pachidi

In a fry pan, heat 2 tsp of oil, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. When it pops, add 1/2 tsp urud dal and add 1/2 cup cut spinach and fry well. In a separate vessel, 1/4 cup curd, add curd, 1/4 tsp salt,add the fried spinach and mix well.
