Tomato curd pachidi

tomato -1 big, green chillie – 1 small, salt – 1/4 tsp, mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp, oil – 1 tsp, fresh coriander leaves – a few
Boil the tomato whole inside a vessel of water. Peel the skin and grind. Add this to one cup of curd. Add salt and green chillies. Garnishwith chopped coriander leaves. In 1 tsp oil, splatter mustard seeds and add it to the pachidi.
