Vallarai Pachidi

Vallarai leaves – 1 cup , salt – 1/4 tsp , mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp , oil – 2 tsp , red chilli -1 , asafoetida – a pinch
In 1 tsp of oil fry the leaves lightly . Add salt and grind. Add the ground paste to curd amd mix.Splatter mustard seeds, red chilli and asfoetida and add it to the curd mix.
