Rice-onion vadam

Heat 2 cups of water and when it boils add 1 cup rice flour and heat for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring.
Grind 5-6 green hot chillies, 1 large onion(cut into pieces before grinding), 2 limes , 1/2 tsp asafoetida and 1 tsp salt.Add this to cooked rice flour and knead well.
Spread a large plastic sheet and using different types of murukku achu, squeeze out the flour on the paper. See that the portions of the vadams does not touch each other. Dry this in the sun for 4-5 days.
Fry the vadam in oil for serving.
