Porul vilanga urundai

Wheat – 1 cup
Green gram – 1/2 cup
Fried gram – 1/2
Boiled rice – 1/2 cup
Cardamom – 10 pieces
Jaggery – 1 cup paagu kambi padham
Peanuts – 100 gram
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup

Fry wheat, green gram, fried gram and boiled. Powder it finely in a mill. Heat jaggery with a little water and keep in low flame till the mixture loosend and then thickens. The paagu should be thick as in kambi paagu. Pour this lttle by little to the powder and roll it into small balls.
