Mango-coconut thogaiyal

Raw mango peeled and grated – 1 cup(medium sour), grated coconut – 1 cup, whole urud dal -1/2 cup, red chillies- 6,asafoetida. Roast urud dal in a tsp oil until red, add chillies and asafoetida and fry.Remove and fry the mango lightly. First grind the mango separately. grind chillies, tamarind juice(little if mango is not sour)and salt and grind.Add the coconut , ground mango,urud dal and grind until mixes well.
