Instant masala aval

Rice flakes – 1 cup, Any masala powder(paruppu podi, coconut podi, dhaniya podi, curry leaves powder, sesame podi) – 2 tsp
Wash the aval and drain the water.In this case water should be completely drained. Sprinkle1 1 tsp sesame oil on the aval If aval is hard Keep aside for 15-20 minutes. If the aval is soft keep aside for 2 – 5 minutes.Add the masala powder of choice and mix well.Add salt if needed. Garnish with fresh curry leaves. Serve after 5 min.
